| Privacy Policy Because we have so many people providing us with their contact, personal, and their credit card information, here are the points to our privacy policy. 1. First and foremost you are our treasured visitors, customers, members and friends. We will not have you subjected to anything, including but not limited to, selling your name, contact, or other information to any 3rd. party; because we won't have you experience something we aren't willing to experience ourselves. Your information stays with us and is NOT stored anywhere permanently on our servers, thus making your information and transactions more secure with us. 2. If a merchant wishes to advertise their special for the month, they will be merchant members of Aquarium-Club.com, and they will have our endorsement. These specials will only be sent to you, through us, by means of an advertisement or an announcement in our newsletters. Even with our merchant members, we will not provide our entire mailing list, nor will we provide them with any part of it, for any selection criteria, even if this be something as simple as a list of all guppy hobbyists, all cichlid hobbyists, etc. 3. Any and all disputes between members, whether this be breeder member and general member, pet shop member and general member, breeder member and pet shop member; or any relationships and disputes of commerce between and involving members are first brought to the attention of Aquarium-Club.com for investigation and resolve, therefore insuring further privacy between parties, so that initial misunderstandings between parties need not become more than this. 4. Any inquiry or attempt by any member to gain access to lists and personal information about members by other members, for purposes of sending mass mailings will result in the termination of the merchant's membership and access. 5. Although we cannot be responsible for the actions of 3rd. parties, any merchant member found collecting data of visitors sent to their web sites from Aquarium-Club.com, then said data sold or otherwise provided to a further party will be terminated and permanently barred from all future participation and benefits of membership of Aquarium-Club.com. 6. Any member who publicly posts any untrue and unfavorable information about another member of Aquarium-Club.com, whether the information gained directly or indirectly, will be terminated. 7. Any action by any party that violates the privacy of the members of Aquarium-Club.com knowingly and willfully subjects themselves to the wrath of the Griffin! |
